Into the eyes of another

In fact a numerous amount of people agree that physical appearance is where most of it starts, keeping in mind the 'rare few'. I wish it were as easy to say what exactly brings one to another. Some may claim its the chemistry they have, the friendship, the similarities or maybe just their 'handsome' face. 41.5% voted that having a face to look at everyday is important.
From my opinion, its from the heart that attraction starts.

How do you think about life? How do you think about everything we are meant to be. Yet being such imperfect creatures, it doesn't make sense. Yet we need to be that person. How?!
Its that simple question of obedience that puts us in that very position to stop questioning and start following. Everything starts with a simple heart and a pure motive. Or does it?

A valuable lesson learnt today, that leadership is more than the authority, it's to be responsibly authoritative. Its more than just discipline its to be responsibly disciplined. I really don't know if it makes sense but responsibility is such a huge word yet it differs a boy from man, a man from an elder.
A leader, has to, yes, 'obliged to'. No one has forced a man to take up such a position, it never just happened. But we choose to and it comes with a price. There is never a cap to what we do, there canNOT be a cap to what we do. When we are required to do, we do, do, do, do and when we think that we can only do so much we do even more! Love even more, give even more, teach even more, fight even more! Don't get me wrong, this is not a complaint, this is a conviction and commitment.
It brings much joy in my life to serve in this ministry, to serve my God and His children.

MM Wee.

I can, oh I can. I'd deny you anytime. Sometimes it feels like a boat at sea without a direction, drifting into something good maybe bad. You wouldn't know would you? I'd say jump into the sea and float to a island or get eaten by sharks. Its unsure, you'd never know. But isn't love just like this... NO!
Love guides, love shelters, love gives, love is more than a feeling, love is creating something out of nothing, love shows another love; most of all, love can't be denied.

Life is full of regrets. Depending on how we look at our situation, that could be the case.  For instance the famous "How I wish I didn't do that" , "How you wish... this... that... never happened" , "If only I had done it differently". Too bad for everyone, it can't be changed, never!
We can only look at the whole thing and build on the situation. Out of every bad experience always comes a greater lesson, a greater trust, a better relationship. On the one condition of humility.
Take the first step,..

Give but receive as well, but know that giving is better than receiving. Love is not complicated, its a simple nature that has been put within us, but unconditional love is a choice.

its a choice.

Wanna try Banana Ice Pisang?

3 Bananas
1/2 cup of Flour
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Enough Olive oil to Fry*
1 Yolk

Mash up the banana, add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and yolk. Please use cinnamon generously, but not for nutmeg. Nutmeg is thrice the potency of cinnamon.
*Its so much so as deep frying, but I hate deep frying a lot! But this is what I did with bananas that were ripening too fast. Keep it in the freezer for about 2 to 3 days. The end product would be fat solidifying with the egg yolk and flour giving a ice cream like, crisp outer crunch. Lovely(:
However, do not eat it when you have a soar throat as each fritter is rather just a small lump, the amount of oil (due to surface area) is higher than lets say eating a goreng pisang or yue zha kuay.
I kinda ate the last piece so no photo hahaha

Forgiveness is more than sorry, its knowing you can come back right into the presence of the one whom you love and who loves you, without fear or being afraid. Love should transcend the boundary of fear and condemnation.

Just wanna pack up my suitcase and run! How I wish it were that easy. Sometimes, we've just got to look our problems straight in the eye and dare to go against it. Major projects shouldn't get the better of us!

Ingredients

1 sweet potato (large, local potato, no idea why mine’s purple)

A bunch of mixed mushrooms

2 dollops of Lite sour cream

100g of flour

Sage

Parsley Flakes

3 tbs brown sugar

1 litre of chicken stock (produce made)

Salt

Olive oil

6 cloves of garlic, whole

Equipment

Three pots

A whisk

A few bowls

1 spoon

1 potato masher

Instructions

Fill two pots with water and leave to boil. Meanwhile, prepare chicken bones for the stock, when ready add them in even if water is not boiling. Leave till water boils rapidly and then lower the flame. Slice the sweet potato and dump them into another pot of water.

As stock simmers and sweet potatoes boil, dice up mushrooms (don’t need to wash). Season mushrooms with salt and olive oil. Prepare a roux using hot water and the flour, stir till completely dissolved. In advance, remove garlic skin and before using give it a smash with your knife to allow the juices to flow. When sweet potatoes soften, bring them to a bowl for mashing to begin. Add a little water from the pot to easy mashing.

In an empty pot, pour in 930ml of chicken stock and add the diced mushrooms in. Start to boil on high, reduce when rapid. Add in the herbs and mashed sweet potato. Leave for a while, whisk continuously. After a short while, add in the sour cream and roux, whisk rapidly without spilling. Add in the garlic and sugar. Whisk till thickened and mixed well. Feel free to add a little more or less salt for preference sake. Pepper always goes well with mushroom soup, but not too much.

I always taste my food before adding something I did not plan to add. Enjoy (:

4 Chilies
3 Stalks Lemongrass
1 Empty wine bottle
50ml Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Pinches of salt
1 Lemon
1 Lemon's Zest
Olive Oil
Mixed Herbs

Start of by roasting the Chilies on an open fire (stove, or barbe) till skin chars and makes popping sounds. Do this thoroughly on the whole chili. After all 4 chilies are done, remove the stalks and slice open the chili to remove the seeds. In a bowl, put the zest and juice of one lemon. Mix in the cider vinegar and salt. Stir till salt is dissolved.
Insert the chilies into the wine bottle and start to pour in the mixture. Insert the stalks of lemongrass to make sure the chilies stay put at the bottom and also giving it a really tangy flavour. Fill the bottle to almost to the top with olive oil and stuff in the herbs after. Cork it up and leave it in a cool and dry place, out of the sun's rays, to set.
Give it a few shakes and its ready to use.

The priceless value on a mother's face. Not much of a positive shock but more of a "goodness no way." They may hide it, they may just warn you, they would even scream at you or at others!? But I believe almost everyone can familiarise themselves with what I am going through. I mean can't mother's just trust? Is it that hard to trust? The disappointing answer is of course 'yes'.

The kitchen is the pride and the most unseen portion a house. People buy unexplainably expensive furniture, utensils, condiments, and food! Its where love, passion, creativity, pleasure, and a lot of things are found.
I'm sorry if I haved messed your kitchen mom and all the other mothers.

The kitchen is your pride and I will always, forever remember to keep it clean everytime I use it! Even until I own my own one, the constant words of advice and scoldings will remain.

Love Ryan.

This is a creation that anyone could do and it tastes fantastic! A blend of spice and nice with a little delight to it, you'd be a amazed to find how simple a fried egg and some ingredients that come together.

Sunny Side Up
Ingredients:

2 Eggs
Salt
Nutmeg
Ground Chili
Thyme
Parmesan Cheese
Dash of Oil

Heat a pan with about enough oil to spread a thin layer on it. Use a small pan (8 inches in diameter) once heated crack one egg at a time into each half of the pan. Leave them under medium flame. Using any cover from a pot place it over the pan to cook the yolk faster, also making it presentable.
Once the egg is cooked (sunny side up)

Salt - pinch with your hand and slowly spread it around the egg
Chili's & Nutmeg - A dash over both egg yolks
Thyme - do not add too much, just a few would do
Parmesan Cheese - is added last, spread it out over the food

Please comment on this recipe, if needed to be shorter or less specific please help. Thank you!

Hey people, I was listening to Phil Pringle on the iTunes podcast recently. Don't you think he's an amazing artist? I love his drawings for one. But his preaching is awesome. Out of a few sentences I caught this. 97% of people's dreams/visions do not come true. However, 3% of those dreams/visions that do is because they write it down!
Immediately I ran to my chalk board felt like a Phil Pringle and started writing down my vision and target! Write it somewhere you see it everyday, your life will start to change into what you see on that board. It ain't no magic trick.

If you want to know where to get a chalk board, Ikea has one that you can hang on the wall and start getting creative! Though it might get messy. I feel really random about this post, but the main thing I want to get out here is that your dreams and visions can come through simply by writing it down?! why not!

Sometimes I wonder why my bro kinda has so many good things, like good fashion sense, nice clothing...
Then I look again and wonder why my life in some sense is better than his.
But, this is not exclusive from each other. They are related cause its kinda what happens to him somewhat doesn't happen to me. Well, he looks more mature, I look kinda younger (kiddier). He's hairy, I'm not as bad i guess. He's so much more like daddy, I'm more mommy. The list can go on and on.
But who cares, i can't even imagine people say we look alike. Hmmm, well there is always a truth to something. We are blood, we are family, we are WEE! Honestly, I love my bro. If there were to be a best brother contest he would win!
Similarly, in every relationship in Christ we are brothers! I believe we should all be like brothers who would say such things. Love, is not limited. There's more than enough to go around the world an infinite amount of times.

Wow! Asia Conference was truely like nothing I've never had before. Even though I've been queueing for like ages it suprises me at how different each time each queue is. That really shows amazing organisation within the Church! Brother Jimmy is truly a guy of wisdom.
Now lets talk preaching! If you missed out on anything it wouldn't have want to miss out on Dr. A.R. Bernard's sessions. This guy is pretty awesome! He might look like an ordinary guy, might not even dress as fancy as Pst. Kong, don't have biceps as big a Liu Gen Hong. But I tell you he preaches like fists of fury, kicks like Bruce Lee and punches like Mike Tyson. What a big man he is on the inside.
Asia Conference is gonna go down in my history as the one Church event I would call DA BEST! I tell you I will talk about it all my life! It is simply life transforming. Honestly through this whole conference it truely brought me up another level. Honestly, until something else comes up, nothing in the world can beat this! Maybe except Dr. Cho's church. There is going to be a change, one that this world would never be able to predict. A Move of God, The Church!
